Role Responsibilities:
The Lead Car Wash Supervisor engages with customers to guarantee their satisfaction regarding the speed, quality, and hospitality of their car wash experience.

  • Address customer service inquiries and concerns.
  • Process orders for Unlimited Memberships accurately and swiftly.
  • Manage credit card transactions through the kiosk.
  • Contribute to a safe and tidy work environment by completing daily checklists and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist the car wash site manager in overseeing daily operations and provide support in their absence.

Key Expectations:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash site and equipment.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding pricing, services, and the car wash process.
  • Guide customers into the car wash conveyor.
  • Promote car wash services and Unlimited Memberships.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and stocking of chemicals and equipment.
  • Support customers in processing transactions.
  • Uphold a safe working environment by following all safety guidelines.
  • Assist the car wash site manager with supervisory duties, including training new staff and completing necessary documentation.
  • Familiarize yourself with Ducky's at Chevron Wash Core Values and Service Menu prior to your first shift.

Required Skills and Experience:
Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Ability to inspire and collaborate with team members.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills to maintain a clean and welcoming car wash site.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive and energetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Professional demeanor in appearance and conduct.
  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be able to:

  • Stand for extended periods while working at the kiosk or entrance.
  • Lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform occasional bending and twisting.
  • Work outdoors in a repetitive environment.
