Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is a critical role in our hotel's operations, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for guests and associates during the overnight shift, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth transition of duties to the morning team.

• Financial Management: Balance transactions, prepare daily reports, and conduct security walks to ensure the hotel's financial integrity.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
• Communication: Maintain radio contact with other associates, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration during the overnight shift.
• Security: Conduct security walks, ensure the hotel's security protocols are followed, and report any incidents or concerns to management.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete the End of Day process, run morning reports, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
• Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Windows operating systems and company-approved software.
