Sleep Consultant

This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers. As a Sleep Consultant, you will be responsible for modeling excellent behaviors that promote our company's purpose, values, and vision statement.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by attending to guests' needs and providing them with expert guidance on selecting the perfect mattress and bedding.
• Utilize our bed match technology and sales tools to ensure customers make informed decisions and achieve a satisfying shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandising, arranging beds, emptying trash, vacuuming, and dusting on a daily basis.
• Assist with product trainings, company meetings, and other miscellaneous trainings/enrollments to stay up-to-date on job and company knowledge.
• Monitor and follow up on customer service requests, order changes, and guest feedback to ensure impeccable customer service.

The typical office environment requires standard equipment and tasks. This role involves working at a computer/video display terminal and desk for extended periods, as well as rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
