Speech Therapist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students in a K-12 setting.

About the Role:

This full-time position involves managing a diverse caseload and working closely with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support student success.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders and an Illinois SLP license. A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is also required.

A strong background in evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy is essential, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, paid weekly, medical benefits, dental and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
