Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in a school district in Connecticut. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with communication disorders, developing tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and parents for effective student progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose communication disorders and develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments.
  • Therapy Services: Deliver speech and language therapy in individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices to optimize student outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Certification and Education: Possess ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience and Skills: Previous school experience is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
