We are seeking experienced caregivers who possess excellent communication skills and a compassionate nature. If you have prior experience working with agency, facility, home care or private clients, and meet the required qualifications outlined below, we encourage you to apply.

Compensation: Our competitive pay rate ranges from $18.50 to $21.00 per hour, depending on the client assignment.

Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 5-hour paid orientation, 401K, referral program, bi-weekly pay, sick pay, employee recognition, and a dedicated leadership team with over 20 years of experience in home care.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver personalized care and support services to clients in their homes
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in home care, agency, facility, or private settings
  • Meet CA State requirements, including state background check, negative TB test, and home care aide registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
