HQ Aero Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Structure Lead Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality aircraft structures are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technicians in the repair and maintenance of aircraft structures, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the workshop.
  • Collaborate with production control to ensure accurate and timely completion of work orders.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all personnel are following safety protocols.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in aircraft structural repair.
  • Licence or Repairman's Certificate for Structures and Valid Drivers License.
  • Wide body Boeing aircraft experience is preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English language.
  • Ability to interpret and apply technical data.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced workshop environment, with regular exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The ability to work at heights and in confined spaces is also required.
