We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Care Physician Assistant to lead our team at QTC Health Services' San Diego clinic. As a medical professional with 9 years of post-graduate primary care or internal medicine experience, you will be responsible for conducting general medicine, occupational, and disability health examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review medical history and associated records to determine the most effective course of action.
- Interpret clinical data to assess examinee health status through physical examinations.
- Collaborate with other professionals and staff to provide primary medical evaluations, including review of systems and range of motion.
- Evaluate and determine medical opinions based on comprehensive assessments.
- Use Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office Suite to document patient information.
- Maintain knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 9 years of post-graduate primary care or internal medicine experience.
- Unrestricted State medical licensure is required.
- Able to travel up to 30% for physical examinations.
- Pass medical clearances and vaccinations as required.
- Experience conducting occupational/disability medical examinations is essential.
