About the Role:

This is a part-time position working weekend shifts. You will be responsible for providing various personal care services, including feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation, and outdoor activities. Additionally, you will assist clients with active and passive mobility work defined by their plan of care and document observed changes to the Director of Nursing.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of one year of documented caregiver or home care assistance experience. You will also need a high school diploma or GED, certified CPR, and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray. A licensed driver with an insured and reliable automobile is also required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to pass background checks, DMV, and drug screens are essential.

We offer a competitive pay rate starting at $18/hour, plus stackable incentives. Our benefits package includes annual rate adjustments, full medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible employees working 35+ hours a week, as well as partial benefits for those working 20+ hours a week.
