- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based treatments
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
- Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) in Minnesota
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
