Job Summary

C4 Technical Services is seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Senior QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in agile development teams as a QA member, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
  • Review and validate requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scripts, and scenarios to identify defects and ensure software quality.
  • Log and track defects through to resolution, providing timely and accurate updates to development teams.
  • Provide estimates for test effort and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
  • Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results, and provide go/no-go recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Generate test data for short- and long-term application needs, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of ETL QA testing experience, with a strong background in testing methodologies.
  • Well-versed in Agile Methodology and experience working in a QA role.
  • Experience with data testing and verification, including Microsoft SSIS and SQL scripting.
  • Detail-oriented and a problem solver, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, with strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with ALM or TFS, and familiarity with Selenium and dbt is a plus.
