As a Pastry Artist, you will be responsible for baking and decorating high-quality cupcakes and cakes, as well as contributing to the development of our product line. • Bake and decorate high-quality cupcakes and cakes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
• Contribute to the development of new products and flavors.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.

• 1+ year of experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of cake decorating techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings.

• ServSafe Manager Food Handler Certification.
• Experience with buttercream, whipped cream, and Swiss Meringue Cakes/piping.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in cake decorating.
