Universal Banker

The Universal Banker is a key role within Citigroup Inc, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to internal and external clients. This part-time position requires a strong sales and service orientation, with a focus on providing personalized solutions to clients' financial needs.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving account service issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to clients on various banking products and services.
• Utilize digital tools and technology to present product offers and financial solutions to clients, including sales walls, tablets, and smartphones.
• Engage with clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions, including opening accounts, credit cards, and other banking products.
• Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service goals, while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Strong sales and service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Basic computer and digital tools skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology.

High School diploma or equivalent required.
