Be a Leader and Mentor on the Road

Are you a skilled driver with a passion for teaching others? Do you have at least 6 months of verifiable driving experience? We're looking for drivers who want to be mentors and share their knowledge with apprentices. As an OTR trucking mentor, you'll have the opportunity to work in 48 states, enjoy great pay and compensation, and make a real difference in the lives of others.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance with state and local laws
  • Work with apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Provide guidance and support to help apprentices succeed

Requirements:
  • Clean MVR and driving record with a valid Class A driver's license
  • DOT medical card
  • 6 months of trailer tractor driving experience minimum
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the terminal
  • Able to pass a hair follicle drug test
  • Not a SAP driver
