Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes.

About the Job:

• You will create, track, and receive purchase orders with high accuracy.
• You will communicate with customers to resolve any billing discrepancies.
• You will process customer payments and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• You will maintain accurate records and files, both physically and digitally.
• You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in billing or accounting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
