About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team at Foundations Early Learning Center. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum and promote school readiness, socialization, literacy, problem-solving, and self-esteem.
- Lead a team of teachers and support staff to ensure a high-quality learning experience for our children.
- Collaborate with our educational leadership team to drive innovation and excellence in early childhood education.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's development and progress.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- ECD 101; Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Successful completion of state background check and health assessments.
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
