Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and implement events and special initiatives.
  • Develop and schedule daily content for social media platforms.
  • Support content creation for social media, blogs, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing Leader to co-create and manage the strategy and execution of events and social media in line with the overall content plan.
  • Tasked with formulating and executing the organization's social media content strategy to enhance engagement across various channels, including Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, etc.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, utilizing insights to refine strategies and messaging.
  • Create landing pages for marketing initiatives and qualify leads.

  • A strong history of generating creative content and expanding audience reach.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content ideas tailored for diverse social media platforms.
  • Adaptable and collaborative, with a capacity to work effectively across various teams and departments.
  • Understanding of SEO principles.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a larger team, sharing insights and collaborating to address challenges while aligning events and social media with our broader objectives.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and methodologies for assessing success through data.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with demonstrated experience in managing organizational accounts on LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and flexible, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and capacity to operate efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Minimum Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, event planning, project management, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design tools such as Canva or Illustrator is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and able to meet self-imposed deadlines.
  • Able to manage multiple projects with varying timelines, often under tight deadlines.
