We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Consultant II, Surgical Synergy to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing clinical, technical, and product knowledge support to existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical, technical, and product knowledge support to customers, including training and education on our medical technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including surgeons, clinicians, and hospital personnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our medical technologies, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure our customers receive the best possible solutions.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows to stay informed and network with colleagues and customers.
  • Submit reports and provide information as directed to support business objectives.
  • Cooperate with all personnel on the execution of company programs and initiatives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 6 years of clinical, medical sales, or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience.
  • Associate's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of clinical, medical sales, or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience.
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical, medical sales, or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience.
  • RT and/or MRI certification.
  • Prior experience with Image Guided Systems.
  • Prior experience with MRI.
  • Operating room experience.
