Physician Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at North Texas Area Community Health Centers. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year recent PA experience and be bilingual in Spanish. They will work closely with our diverse patient population, providing excellent care and service. The selected candidate will also participate in loan repayment programs through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 18-20 patients daily.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, taking into account individual patient needs and medical history.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with best practices and new technologies.
