- Design and implement therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, alleviating discomfort, and restoring physical function
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge processes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and billing records
- Engage in effective communication with colleagues and other healthcare professionals
- Uphold clinical productivity benchmarks and enhance professional knowledge through continuous education
- Contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and program enhancements
- Prioritize patient safety and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Represent the organization at community and professional events when necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's/Doctorate degree from an accredited institution
- Valid licensure in the State of Michigan
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment)
