You will be tasked with performing various clinical procedures, educating patients on heart disease prevention strategies, and ensuring the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive patient records.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and maintain patient flow to minimize wait times
- Effectively manage time by prioritizing treatments and procedures according to patient needs
- Document and verify medical records, including medical histories and vital signs
- Coordinate with hospital admissions and laboratory services
- Administer injections, immunizations, and assist physicians with various office procedures
Incentives:
We are offering a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for eligible hires. Additional benefits include referral bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, and relocation assistance.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse License in good standing (State of Arkansas or compact state required prior to hire)
- Previous nursing experience is preferred but not mandatory
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required
- Additional certifications (such as ACLS or PALS) may be necessary depending on the unit
