Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and maintain patient flow to minimize wait times
  • Effectively manage time by prioritizing treatments and procedures according to patient needs
  • Document and verify medical records, including medical histories and vital signs
  • Coordinate with hospital admissions and laboratory services
  • Administer injections, immunizations, and assist physicians with various office procedures

Incentives:

We are offering a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for eligible hires. Additional benefits include referral bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse License in good standing (State of Arkansas or compact state required prior to hire)
  • Previous nursing experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required
  • Additional certifications (such as ACLS or PALS) may be necessary depending on the unit
