OUR MISSION

Child Care Attendants play a crucial role in ensuring the care and welfare of the children of our mini members and guests during their time at VASA Fitness. Attendants are tasked with maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of the childcare area. It is essential for Attendants to comply with internal policies and procedures to guarantee the effective and secure operation of our KidCare facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining KidCare Standards: Ensure that all guests, members, and mini members feel welcomed by greeting them personally and bidding them farewell upon departure. The CCA will interact positively with all mini members and members, adhere to company policies, and facilitate engaging and enjoyable activities for mini members.
  • Ensuring the Safety of Mini Members: Follow the check-in and check-out protocols to safeguard the well-being of our mini members. Uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the KidCare area to ensure the overall security of the children entrusted to our care. Engage with each mini member and supervise all children during their visit.
