Job Summary

TransForce is seeking a skilled Shredding Driver to join our team. As a Shredding Driver, you will be responsible for planning and executing routes to collect and transport documents to our facilities for shredding. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift heavy boxes and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily routes to collect and transport documents
Lift and move heavy boxes and containers
Operate a van or box truck to transport documents
Meet productivity and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

Valid Class E or Class B CDL with a clean MVR and background check
High School Diploma minimum
Ability to lift 40-50 lb. boxes
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Flexibility to accept different work hours and assignments
