Dialysis Technician

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to join our team at Holy Cross Health. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis program.
Responsibilities:- Conduct pre-dialysis assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer dialysis treatments according to established protocols and procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the RN.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and technologies.
- Certification as a nursing assistant by the Maryland State Board of Nursing, as a CNA-DT.
- Completion of CCHT or BONENT national certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- BLS from American Heart Association.
- Basic computer skills, to include data entry and retrieval.
- Competitive pay rate of $27.61 per hour.
