Validation and Compliance Specialist

Job DescriptionAs a Validation and Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet regulatory standards and deliver high-quality products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing process validation activities for medical device and drug manufacturing processes, including IQ, OQ, PQ, and PPQ.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive validation documentation to ensure compliance with GMP, FDA regulations, ISO standards, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions, process changes, and continuous improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline AND ten (10) years of validation experience OR High school diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of validation experience.
- Mastery of project management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
