Job Description

As a Validation and Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet regulatory standards and deliver high-quality products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing process validation activities for medical device and drug manufacturing processes, including IQ, OQ, PQ, and PPQ.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive validation documentation to ensure compliance with GMP, FDA regulations, ISO standards, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions, process changes, and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline AND ten (10) years of validation experience OR High school diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of validation experience.
  • Mastery of project management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Estimated Salary: $183,301 - $224,034

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position and may vary based on factors including relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
