We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Soda Associate to join our team at Silver Diner Development, LLC. As a key member of our Front of the House team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional Guest Satisfaction in the areas of Speed of Service and Accuracy of Orders.
Key Responsibilities- Support Servers by completing final garnish of desserts, ensuring plate presentation meets Silver Diner standards, and organizing orders for timely pick-up and delivery to Guests.
- Deliver desserts to Guests at the counter and, where feasible, run desserts to tables to ensure efficient service.
- Listen to and respect all team members, including Front and Heart of House Associates, to maintain a positive and fun-oriented work environment.
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays is essential for this position.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SMG scoring standards for Speed of Service and Accuracy of Order.
