Libertyville, Illinois, United States Soliant Full time
Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant Health. As a Speech Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations using standardized tests and clinical observations to accurately identify each student's unique speech and language needs.
  • Tailored Therapy: Design and implement individualized therapy plans that address a wide range of communication disorders, from articulation and fluency to language and social communication.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with educators, parents, and fellow specialists to create a supportive learning environment that encourages student success and growth.
  • Progress Monitoring: Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure the best outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Licensing: You must hold or be eligible for an Illinois SLP license, ensuring you are ready to step into this role with confidence.
  • Certification: ASHA certification is a plus, but not a deal-breaker. Your skills and dedication to student success are what matter most.
  • Experience: While previous experience in a school setting is helpful, it's not mandatory. If you have the passion and skills to make a difference, we want to hear from you.
What We Offer:
  • Guaranteed Hours: Enjoy the security of set work hours, encompassing both direct therapy services and essential indirect work.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Take advantage of our robust benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a matching 401(k) plan to secure your future.
  • Professional Growth: Join a team that values continuous learning and offers opportunities for you to expand your expertise within a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Supportive Work Culture: Become part of a team that respects your expertise, supports your professional development, and fosters a positive work-life balance.
