Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and distribute patient care assignments to ensure that population-appropriate patient care is provided.
  • Delegate appropriate duties to clinical and non-clinical staff based on their assessed skills and abilities.
  • Evaluate the care delivered by staff and provide direct and immediate feedback and coaching.
  • Participate in the hiring process for new staff members and conduct interviews.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the Michigan Board of Nursing.
  • 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience.
