Key Responsibilities


As a Clinical Nurse Supervisor at Enhabit Home Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Branch Director with daily office and staff management related to patient care, while also conducting home visits to enhance our service delivery.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating effective communication among physicians, referral sources, patients, caregivers, and staff
  • Reviewing and approving all patient information submitted by Licensed Professionals during various care visits
  • Overseeing patient care, assisting with case conferences, and reviewing and approving medical orders
  • Collaborating with the Branch Director to provide ongoing education and training to all branch clinicians to ensure compliance with documentation standards
  • Adhering to all procedures as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

The Clinical Nurse Supervisor role requires participation in an on-call rotation and conducting patient visits.

Qualifications


To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and licensure in the state of employment
  • A minimum of two years of nursing experience, with at least one year in home health
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
  • Ability to drive in various weather conditions.
