Solar Construction Manager Role:
As a Construction Manager, you will lead the installation of Utility Scale solar systems on large ground mounts across the US.
You will be responsible for translating and interpreting construction schematics, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and conducting safety meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with subcontractors and temporary labor to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with project teams and clients.
- Review project plans, provide comments, and assist with manpower planning and sequencing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of Utility scale solar construction experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
