Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mail Processor to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a Mail Processor, you will be responsible for working with our corporate mailroom to perform digital printing on large production class printers.

Your primary duties will include folding and inserting printed materials into various envelopes using large class inserter machines, as well as performing other mailroom functions in a fast-paced environment.

You will need to verify print jobs based on documentation received, print, insert, and apply postage stamps in a timely manner. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a 24/7 environment handling sensitive healthcare information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform digital printing on large production class printers
  • Fold and insert printed materials into envelopes using large class inserter machines
  • Verify print jobs based on documentation received
  • Apply postage stamps in a timely manner
  • Perform other mailroom functions as needed
Requirements
  • 6 months or more of experience in a print or mailroom setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft business software (Excel, PDF, and Outlook)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand for long periods of the day
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
