Behavior Therapist

We are a multidisciplinary Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company dedicated to addressing the needs of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team believes in a collaborative approach to care, combining ABA therapy with speech therapy, occupational therapy, and counseling to provide a comprehensive treatment plan for each child.

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our experienced clinicians to provide intensive one-on-one therapy to children with ASD, implementing behavior acquisition and reduction plans, and collecting data to demonstrate client progress.

• Provide intensive one-on-one therapy to children with ASD
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Conduct stimulus preference assessments
• Collect data
• Maintain client's program book
• Develop/create teaching materials
• Provide basic care to clients (e.g., toileting, eating)
• Discuss client's daily progress with parents/caretakers
• Work with BCBA to implement individualized goals and checklists
• Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
• Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients
• Maintain technical and professional knowledge with continuing education

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Background check clearance upon hire
• Previous experience working with children; ASD experience strongly preferred
• Reliability- ability to work a consistent schedule throughout the week
• Access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation
• To complete the physical demands of the job (frequent sitting and standing, sitting on and getting up from the floor, kneeling, bending, and running with children) you must be able to: Stand and move for at least 75% of the day; lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds

*Hourly rate depends on RBT certification, experience in the ABA field as BT/RBT, education, training, current BCBA student, etc. BCBA student hourly rate is $25.00+
