About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Investment Banking team. As an Investment Banking Associate, you will be responsible for working closely with clients and execution teams on live transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings, financings, and derivative transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with clients and execution teams on live transactions
- Produce and present ideas at client meetings as a member of a deal team alongside senior bankers
- Support transactions and client presentations through financial, structural, and business risk analysis
- Actively participate in the effort to pitch and win new mandates from clients
- Manage analysts to execute deliverables for clients and support the training and mentoring of junior professionals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of Investment Banking experience
- Outstanding academic qualifications; strong GPA
- Prior investment banking experience; bulge bracket or boutique program training a plus
- Passion for the business opportunities created by sustainable infrastructure, technology, and industrial disruption
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Series 79 and 63, or willingness to sit for the exams required
