Theatre and Dance Lecturer

California State University, Sacramento is seeking qualified applicants for a pool of part-time lecturers in Theatre and Dance. • Instruction and class preparation
• Grading and office hours
• Other duties as assigned by the Department Chair

Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree plus at least five years of teaching or relevant professional experience. A Master's of Fine Arts or Doctorate in a relevant teaching area is preferred. Training in acting, voice, movement, audition technique, technical theatre practices, design, history, literature, criticism, multicultural theatre, musical theatre, puppetry, and film studies is required. Training in dance technique, performance, production, choreography, theory, dance history, and dance education is also required.
