Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions.
  • Sales and Stocking: Responsible for all sales and stocking job duties, including receiving and processing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and meeting sales goals.
  • Problem Resolution: Promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively recommend products to customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to reach, stretch, grab, push, lift, hold, twist, bend, turn, walk, shift, and engage in other physical movements required by the job.
  • Equipment Operation: Drive a forklift to unload trucks and move inventory.
  • Lifting Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

Requirements:

  • Proven Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Basic Understanding: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
  • Math Skills: Basic Math skills.
  • Market Knowledge: Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

$10.00 per hour
