Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team as a travel nurse in Detroit, Michigan.

About the Position

This is a 13-week travel nursing contract with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week and 12-hour shifts. The ideal candidate will have NICU experience and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising clinical staff while collaborating closely with the facility's Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and effective patient care on a per-shift basis
  • Lead and supervise clinical staff to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with the CNO to ensure clinical staff competency and effective resource management
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A current state licensure or registration as per state laws
  • Specialty certifications as required (must meet certification requirements for each supported nursing specialty)
  • CPR (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience
  • 1+ year of recent experience in a nursing specialty within an Acute Care hospital setting
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $ 5,500 - $6,500 per week, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include:
