Intermediate Care Unit Registered Nurse RN

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Intermediate Care Unit team at Trinity Health Of New England. As a Registered Nurse RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to an assigned group of patients, collaborating closely with a great team in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver patient care for an assigned group of patients, directing and coordinating all nursing care according to established standards of practice.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred.
- Licensure: Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
- Certification: BLS (AHA/ARC).
- Experience: 1-3 years of nursing experience. ICU/Critical Care, Telemetry, or Intermediate/Step Down nursing experience from an ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL is preferred.
Part Time, 24 hour Night Shift
