Occupational Therapist Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Therapist for Patient Recovery and Wellness. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes, including assessments, interventions, and education
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimize patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on treatment plans and goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and communication with the interdisciplinary team

Salary:

$95,000 - $125,000 per year

Requirements:

  • Current occupational therapist license in Pennsylvania
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in home healthcare or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
