LPN Job Details

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at ProCare Personnel. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately record patient medical histories.
  • Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
  • Monitor patients' conditions, including fluid intake and output, and maintain patient charts.
  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as eating and bathing.
  • Administer medications, injections, and other medical treatments as prescribed.
  • Collect samples for lab testing and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an LPN or similar role.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and undertake diverse care tasks.
  • Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and able to handle stress.
