About the Role

FusionWorks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness and Course Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programs and services to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective training plans for our fitness customers
  • Provide exceptional customer support and ensure a positive member experience
  • Conduct fitness classes according to our schedule and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately, including billing and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the fitness industry, with a strong background in training and customer service
  • Hold a Trainer B license and have a passion for health, fitness, and sports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
