About the Role

Work Right NW is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Sports Medicine Specialist to join our team. As an Athletic Trainer, you will play a critical role in promoting the health and well-being of our clients, who are hardworking individuals in various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide On-Site Care: Evaluate and treat injuries, provide first aid, and develop personalized treatment plans to ensure our clients can return to work safely and efficiently.
  • Evaluate Injury Risks: Utilize wearable technology and computer vision to identify potential injury risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Schedule Preventative Appointments: Schedule appointments for preventative and early symptom intervention to prevent injuries and promote overall health.
  • Offer General Rehabilitation: Provide general rehabilitation services for non-work-related injuries to ensure our clients can maintain their overall health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with Safety Professionals: Work closely with Safety Professionals and Ergonomists to develop innovative programs and initiatives aimed at improving worker health and reducing injury risks.
  • Analyze Data: Use data analytics to assess injuries and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements
  • BOC Certification: Must hold a current BOC Certification as an Athletic Trainer.
  • CPR Certification: Preferred, but not required.
