Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service and expertly crafted cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and attend to their needs
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer
• Stock and maintain the bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and supplies
• Process payments and complete cashier reports
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience is a plus
• Ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
