Responsibilities:
  • Session Preparation:
    • Review online curriculum aligned with early education standards
    • Maintain equipment in proper condition and arrive on time to set up field for session
  • Coaching Sessions:
    • Ensure the safety and well-being of every child
    • Gather children from classroom and return after each session (for childcare sites)
    • Follow proper on-site protocol for each location, as prepared and provided by Soccer Shots supervisor
    • Conduct fun and positive 30- to 45-minute sessions, following the weekly Soccer Shots curriculum
  • Communication:
    • Communicate in a timely fashion with supervisors about any changes or important information
    • Complete online attendance sheet for each session
    • Submit timesheet per payroll policy
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Sports Management, or related field
  • Experience working with children aged 2-8 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively with parents and staff members
  • Fingerprint background check and ability to pass required certifications
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $17-20/session, with opportunities for increase. Sessions last from 30 to 45 minutes in length, and hours are flexible in an outstanding work environment with professional growth.
