Injection Molding Operator

At Paragon Staffing, LLC we are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Technician to join our team in Monroe, NJ.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process, including setup, teardown, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance. They will work closely with production personnel and R&D to ensure molded components meet requirements and are produced in a timely manner.

A key responsibility of this role is generating documentation on molding runs to control traceability and ensure reproducibility. The ideal candidate will also provide molded components in a timely manner to ensure production schedules are met.

We require the successful candidate to ensure all manufacturing safety standards are followed at all times. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing issues with packaging equipment promptly to minimize downtime, ensuring packaging machines are calibrated correctly, and maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.

This is a direct hire position with a salary range of $25/hr to $35/hr.
