Dishwasher Position

Shasta Estates is seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our team. As a key member of our food services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and clutter-free environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing the dish machine.
• Clean production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Record and maintain documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in receiving food and non-food supplies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
