Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assess current manufacturing technologies, tools, and machinery to pinpoint enhancement opportunities.
  • Formulate and execute strategies aimed at refining production workflows, minimizing cycle durations, and boosting overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Champion continuous improvement projects to elevate product quality and uniformity.
  • Offer technical assistance and expertise for diagnosing equipment issues and failures.
  • Collaborate with research and development teams to transition new technologies from concept to operational status.

Your Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or a related discipline).
  • 2+ years of experience in production engineering or a related field.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, machinery, and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks pertinent to production settings.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software and automation technologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methodologies.
