Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Utility Specialist to join our team on the 2nd shift. As a Utility Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the production process, including maintaining equipment, handling materials, and ensuring compliance with safety and health policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Material Handling: Safely handle and move materials throughout the production area to support the manufacturing process.
  • Safety and Health: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company policies and procedures, and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred.
