Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to provide personal care and related services to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will work under the direction of our Director of Nursing and RN Team Leader to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with shopping and errands as needed.
- Assist clients with ambulation and provide emotional support.
- Encourage clients to become as independent as possible according to their care plan.
- Report any changes in client condition or home situation to the supervisor.
- Follow universal precautions and maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Working knowledge of home health care programs and previous experience providing home health visits preferred.
- Ability to read and write consistent with job requirements.
- Valid TN Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Auto insurance as required by the agency.
- Safe driving record.
