Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Strong listening skills to understand and address concerns from guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain consistent attendance in line with company standards, adapting to the hotel's scheduling needs.
  • Uphold high standards of personal grooming and appearance, including proper uniform and name tag.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Provide turndown service for assigned guest accommodations.
  • Refresh and clean guest rooms as required.
  • Restock necessary supplies in guest rooms during shifts.
  • Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including preparing guest and cleaning supplies.
  • Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms.
  • Ensure all hallways, public areas, and storage spaces are clean and tidy.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
  • Handle lost and found items according to established procedures.
  • Follow all guidelines set by the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation:

Minimum: USD $16.00/Hr.
Mid: USD $19.21/Hr.
