POSITION SUMMARY:

Valor Hospitality is seeking a knowledgeable Accounting Manager to assist the Director of Finance and General Manager in overseeing financial operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Organize, secure, and maintain financial documents, records, and cash equivalents.
- Oversee the accounts payable process.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
- Supervise accounts receivable and manage credit and collection activities.
- Evaluate and enhance internal control systems.
- Optimize cash flow through effective management of accounts receivable.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns.
- Manage cashier banks and contractual agreements.
- Execute period-end closing tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A two to four-year degree in finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least three years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical abilities and communication skills.
  • Proficient in oral, written, and presentation communication.
